Tourist Hub of Langkawi

The main tourist area of Langkawi.  Long white sandy beach lined with water sport activates.  Variety of bars and restaurants overlooking the sea.  Pantai Chenang is the favourite meeting place for sunset cocktails.  Hectic in high season the growing number of KL and Singapore flights ensures that the area has all year round visitors.  Vast selection of restaurants from Local, to Japanese to Lebanese, something to suit everyone’s tastes.  Shops line the road parallel to the beach selling beachwear and holiday essentials.  A shopping mall with the obligatory Starbucks a new addition to the strip.  Everything you need from wonderful Spas, bookshops and taxis all in walking distance.
